Salary and Terms of ServiceSalary according to the teacher’s placement on the Certificated General Education Teacher Salary Schedule, and in coordination with the assigned FTE. Step placement is determined by the number of years of prior experience in the position classification within an accredited educational institution. Column placement is determined by the number of educational-related post-baccalaureate units earned from a regionally accredited college or university (new hires are not eligible for placement on Column VII in their first year of District employment).
Additional compensation of $1,500 per year for Master’s Degree holders or $2,500 per year for Doctorate Degree holders. The position is categorically funded and contingent on receipt of continued funding. The District contributes up to $19,793 toward family, dental, medical, and vision insurance plans, plus a life insurance plan for the employee.
