Staff part‑time adjunct positions.

• Master's degree in the language being taught
• Bachelor's degree in the language being taught AND a Master's degree in another language or linguistics
• OR equivalent in education, experience, or other accomplishments
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of diverse student backgrounds
• Degrees and credits from accredited institutions (Title V Section 53406)

• Work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues in a diverse teaching environment
• Engage students with a wide range of skills, motivations, academic and vocational goals
• Develop curriculum, including modalities delivered via different formats
• Participate in recruitment and articulation activities with local schools, colleges, and universities
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Maintain subject‑matter currency
• Assess student learning outcomes
• Use computers and be open to exploring new technologies that benefit the program
• Commit to the California community college mission

Foreign degrees must be evaluated by a recognized credential evaluation service (e.g., NACES or ACEI).
