Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating the qualifications necessary to perform the duties of the position.

SalaryLecturer. Anticipated salary range is generally at or near the minimum of the appropriate range, commensurate with education and experience. Most new lecturers are hired at the Lecturer A or B rank. Full‑time equivalent salary ranges are as follows (amounts pro‑rated for part‑time assignments):
- Lecturer A: $5,507 - $6,677 per month (anticipated starting 5,507 – 6,092)
- Lecturer B: $6,221 - $13,224 per month (anticipated starting 6,221 – 9,722)
- Lecturer C: $6,825 - $14,523 per month (anticipated starting 6,825 – 10,674)
- Lecturer D: $8,593 - $15,211 per month (anticipated starting 8,593 – 11,902)

All faculty who will begin employment on or after January 1, 2022 are required to perform their work within the State of California. Mandated Reporter:
The person holding this position is considered a mandated reporter under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with CSU Executive Order 1083. The person will also have a duty to report to the campus Title IX Officer.
