Roving Substitute Teacher
The Roving Substitute Teacher is a position responsible for providing daily classroom coverage as needed across grade levels and subject areas. This individual reports to the school principal and serves as an essential support to ensure continuity of instruction in the absence of regular classroom teachers. The roving substitute works on-site each school day and is assigned to cover short-term teacher absences or provide support in various classrooms, based on daily school needs.
Flexibility, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills are essential for success in this role.
