Kern Community College District is seeking part-time, hourly philosophy instructors for its ESCC site. The pool is continuous, active for up to two years, and starting pay is $67 per lecture hour, with variations by assignment and the Lecture Hour Equivalent (LHE) formula.
The successful candidate will teach a full range of philosophy courses, possibly at other campus sites, including evening and distance-learning formats, and contribute to curriculum development and program activities.
