In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while fostering a strong partnership, as you assist with the efficient flow and transition from our Clinical services team to the store sales team.

At Physicians Eyecare Group we bring over a decade of expertise in the optometry industry. Our independent practices are located within or adjacent to Stanton Optical and My Eyelab retail stores.

Our industry-leading support center has helped us to provide quality eye care to our patients, in a fast, friendly, and affordable way. Allowing for a focus on delivering the best experience for our patients in every moment and at every touchpoint.

$16.50 to $18.50 / hour, plus 2% commission on all personal sales

• Greet our patients and customers as they enter the facility, identify patients' need to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotions available on contact lenses. Answer customers' inquiries and gather necessary information to facilitate service.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter new patient history and personal information in the system, complete pre-test; obtain brief medical history, complete noncontact tonometry auto refraction, visual acuity, color test, stereopsis test, amsler grid test, etc.
• Perform contact lenses sales.
• Create a superior customer experience by teaching patients and facilitating the dispense process.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Assist Management Team with patient complaint resolution and inform the status of all jobs; ensure all patient expectations are met.
• Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned and required.

• You have 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

• Do you have schedule flexibility? Work hours will be determined based on business needs.
• Are you knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs, etc?
• Optical experience is a plus
