Corporate Controller

We are partnering with a stable, privately held organization to identify a Corporate Controller to step into a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role. This position is a planned succession hire with meaningful overlap and training, offering a rare opportunity to step into a trusted role with strong executive exposure. The Corporate Controller will play a critical role in financial oversight, reporting, and partnership with ownership while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting as Corporate Controller
• Lead financial reviews, accrual vs. cash accounting, and GAAP-based reporting
• Oversee and manage 401(k) administration, audits, and census preparation
• Partner with external CPA firm on audits, tax filings, and compliance
• Support quarterly tax deposits and annual reporting requirements
• Communicate financial insights clearly to ownership and operations
• Lead and mentor accounting leadership and staff as Corporate Controller

• Base Salary: $180,000–$220,000

• CPA required
• Public and private accounting experience strongly preferred
