- Salary: $115,000 – $140,000
Overview of the Finance Manager Role:
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and department leaders to drive performance and accountability
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages
- Support month-end close by collaborating with accounting and ensuring alignment with forecasts
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis
- Improve and streamline reporting processes, tools, and systems
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
