Controller
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 | Onsite | Bakersfield

- Prepare and oversee monthly and year-end financial statements
- Manage AR, AP, and payroll team (3–4 direct reports
- Lead budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with external CPA firm on tax filings and compliance
- Support audits and ensure strong internal controls
- Utilize and manage accounting processes within Titan software
Qualifications for the Controller
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or closely related industries
- Prior leadership or team management experience
- Strong financial statement, close, and reporting expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
