What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred) and at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Controller or equivalent in a healthcare environment, along with 5+ years of supervisory experience. You will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the full Finance department, including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Purchasing.

This role works closely with the CFO to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and long‑term organizational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management to the Finance team across Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll, and Purchasing functions
  • Oversee core financial operations including general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and revenue cycle activities
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision‑making
  • Direct internal and external audit activities and ensure robust internal controls are in place to safeguard organizational assets
  • Oversee payroll operations, purchasing activities, and contract compliance while identifying opportunities for cost control and process improvement
  • Partner with department leaders across the organization to support financial planning, operational improvements, and organizational goals

This is a key leadership role for a seasoned finance professional who is looking to contribute strategically within a mission‑driven healthcare organization. You will work closely with the CFO while leading a dedicated finance team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
