Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our thriving manufacturing team. This permanent position is key to maintaining our company's financial health and growth. You will analyze financial data, forecast trends, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Analyze variances and explore potential discrepancies.
- Conduct market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.
- Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with executive management team on long-term financial planning.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and deliver insights clearly.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- CFA/CPA or other related certification is a plus.
