Job Overview

This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. The associate accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions and conducts deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.

  • Efficiently manages time and capacity; focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or associate’s Degree in business management, business administration or finance.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $27.88, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
