Speech Therapist; SLP

We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment in a Outpatient Rahab located in Bakersfield, CA
. This role offers the opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation and recovery while working within a collaborative care team.

Location: Bakersfield CA

Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility)

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (CA)

BLS certification (required)

New graduates welcome to apply

Must meet standard pre-employment credentialing (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy to help patients improve communication and swallowing functions

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals

Document treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with facility standards

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises

13-week contract assignment
