• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients  quality of life.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.
• Engage clients in recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Ensure client safety and well-being during all interactions and activities.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and respect for client rights.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
