Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Regulatory Affairs. The responsibilities include leading regulatory strategies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations for feed, fertilizer, and pesticide products. Key tasks include overseeing product registration processes, label approvals, and formula compliance, as well as maintaining strong relationships with regulatory agencies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with legal and regulatory requirements is a primary component of the role.

You will also provide guidance and mentorship to regulatory team members while staying updated on changes in laws and standards that may impact the industry.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of regulatory processes, product registration, and compliance, specifically within the feed, fertilizer, and pesticide sectors.
  • Expertise in label development, formula development, and regulatory documentation preparation.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including team management, mentorship, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Regulatory Affairs are a plus.
  • Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and standards is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel as required.
