A nationally respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced executive to oversee Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations across a multi-site region. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic operator who excels at driving performance, strengthening physician alignment, and advancing quality and access across a growing network. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to system-wide strategy and long-term growth initiatives.
Compensation: $260K–$360K annually, DOE. Relocation assistance and other system benefits/incentives.
Executive Scope of Responsibility- Lead regional, multi-site ASC operational performance
- Drive execution of enterprise-wide standards, policies, and workflows
- Oversee quality, patient experience, access, and service line optimization
- Direct financial performance, budgeting, and capital planning
- Partner closely with physician leaders to strengthen engagement and alignment
- Identify expansion opportunities, operational efficiencies, and growth strategies
- 13+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience (REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated success leading regional or multi-site operations
- Strong expertise in physician practice operations, managed care, and healthcare finance
- Experience with expansion initiatives, new builds, or growth strategy (preferred)
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, executive peers, and clinical leaders
- Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and execution capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
