Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit billing based on contract requirements and internal procedures
• Review documentation to ensure billing accuracy and completeness
• Track the status of invoices and follow up on outstanding items when needed
• Collections activities; including reaching out for payment updates when appropriate
• Record and apply incoming payments to the correct accounts
• Support basic reconciliation of project-related financial activity and help resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files for billing and payment records
• Communicate with internal teams to confirm billing details or obtain necessary information
