Job Description:
Cath Lab Technologist responsible for assisting with procedures in the Cath Lab, including setup and monitoring under the guidance of the lead tech.
Responsibilities:
Assist in performing cardiac and vascular procedures with two techs, including scrubbing and monitoring hemodynamics.
Rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases as required, including one weekend per month.
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to manage conscious sedation and procedural processes.
Requirements:
Current ARRT, Fluoroscopy, and BLS certifications.
Experience with cardiac drips such as Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors, as well as balloon pumps.
Must have current cath lab experience and be comfortable with airway management and sedation techniques.
