Salary: $72,800 – $93,600 annually

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with payroll regulations, and supporting employees and leadership with payroll-related matters. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee full-cycle payroll processing for all employees

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

• Review and approve payroll reports, deductions, and tax filings

• Manage payroll records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy

• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with general ledger entries

• Address employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate employee data

• Assist with audits and provide payroll documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
