Desktop Deployment Technician

Overview

Description Duties:
Image Dell laptops;
Deploy Dell laptops for customers who previously used Dell (windows 11 upgrade);
Roll out devices to large groups at a time so presentation skills are required;
Individual rollouts;
Follow up with customers on experiences and issues with not being ready to reclaim old laptops.

• Image Dell laptops
• Deploy Dell laptops for customers who previously used Dell (windows 11 upgrade)
• Roll out devices to large groups at a time so presentation skills are required
• Individual rollouts
• Show users how to access email, collaboration tools and download their applications
• Scheduling meetings with users to deploy the laptops
• Tracking the laptops deployments data
• Reclaim devices and track information
• Follow up with customers on experiences and issues with not being ready to reclaim old laptops

• Ability to communication with customers
• Great customer service
• Ability to drive vehicle to remote sites
• Knowledge of O365 and Windows 11
• Ability to use Microsoft Suite (excel)
