Field Tech II

As a Field Technician, you will serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software. Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

* ** Responsibilities*
* + Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.

+ Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

+ Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.

+ Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.

+ Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.

** Skills & Qualifications*
* + Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.

+ Electromechanical experience a plus.

+ Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.

+ Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.

** Wage Range**  **:*
* The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $26.40 per hour.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
