Job DescriptionResponsible for end-to-end design, architecture, delivery of solutions to support functional requirements; partner with various technology/functional owners to solution business problem statement maximizing automation/extensibility; configure Salesforce System (Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builders, Flows); build enterprise solutions (LWC, Aura, Visual Force, Apex)/complex integrations; implement CI/CD process (Jenkins, Ant, Salesforce DX tools) for optimization; configure Oracle Applications Modules (ERP/CRM); implement web service integration (SOAP API, REST API, Outbound);
recommend appropriate technological solutions as per strategic roadmap; deliver compelling presentations, architectural blueprint documents, requirements gathering workshops to influence strategic direction of projects; internalize frameworks, project deliverables, policies/implementations; vet with technical/functional teams to contribute to internal collaboration networks; transform technical/business requirements into technical solutions by providing design/architecture of new software solutions; perform modern development approach (containerization, CI/CD, micro‑services, modular applications);
collaborate with experts in domain areas (data, security, dev‑ops) to produce consensus/governance across solutions; serve as expert in enterprise architecture/design patterns; use performance optimization techniques for web‑based applications; develop, test, maintain complex software solutions; support, enhance/transform existing systems, troubleshoot, resolve technical issues; manage software deployments, ensuring reusability, stability, scalability; validate 3rd party/vendor solutions; demonstrate expertise in API developer’s portal, API security, API connectors/adapters, integration, API management;
demonstrate expertise in Salesforce development, design/delivery of complex business solutions built on Salesforce ecosystems managed packages; work with customizations on Salesforce lightening components (design system frameworks, Apex, Process Builders, Workflows); keep abreast/experiment with industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices; and comply with regulatory compliance/assigned training requirements (BSA regulations, SAFE Act).
