LOCATION: MOUNTAIN VIEW (BAKERSFIELD, CA.)

REPORTS TO: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a VP of Information Technology responsible for developing strategy for technology solutions and infrastructure to ensure that IT resource capacity and capabilities successfully deliver system stability, support and service, meet the changing needs of the business and protect the confidentiality and integrity of company data and information. What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including company-wide responsibility
- Proven success leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations
- Strong expertise in:
- ERP systems
- Servers running Windows Server operating systems
- Cybersecurity and data governance
- Business intelligence and analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft exchange-based
- Communication systems and computer hardware
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Budgeting, capital planning, and financial management
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Project management methodologies and large-scale program delivery.
- Some overnight travel to farming operations and facilities may be required
- Remote work not available for this position
- A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Master’s or MBA.
- Experience in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing or supply chain-intensive industries.
Starting Wage $210,000-$260,000 / Yearly Salary
Filling (For Internal Employees)
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
