Desktop Services Technician

NTT DATA’s client is currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician to join their team in Bakersfield, California (US-CA), United States (US).

• Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.
• Install minor peripheral devices and printers.
• Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals.
• Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.

• 3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience.
• 3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment, network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules.
• 3-5 years of solid customer service communications.
• Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
