Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $23.50/hr

This role is responsible for supporting Ricoh-managed devices within customer fleets. It involves responding to technical support requests, managing consumables, performing basic device maintenance, and escalating service issues as necessary. Additionally, it includes procurement of hardware and managing parts/consumables inventory.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Monitor and resolve device service and supply alerts.
  • Maintain accurate asset lists and locations of managed devices.
  • Provide professional, timely customer support and escalate service issues when needed.
  • Coordinate tasks, manage status updates, and follow the IMACD process.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper supply levels.
  • Train customers and team members on Ricoh equipment.
  • Minimize field service dispatch by utilizing support resources.
  • Document troubleshooting and assist with remote troubleshooting.
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Qualifications:

  • IT Help Desk Support experience (application and hardware).
  • Technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Project management skills with task prioritization.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent), additional education preferred.
  • Completion of Ricoh Learning Institute courses within a specified timeframe.
  • Pay: $1000 sign-on bonus for new Ricoh members.
