Senior Project Manager

Richmond, VA (within 40–50 miles) and New Brunswick, NJ (Onsite)

Full‑time, Hybrid (2–3 days a week). Contract (W2/1099/C2C, 2‑month, 320 hours)

Hourly: $53.00–$69.00 or Yearly: $70,000–$80,000 (depending on the specific assignment)

• Oversee all aspects of a project from initiation to closure, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide tactical management, administration, and leadership throughout project teams.
• Manage multiple project teams and coordinate across stakeholders to deliver complex IT initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies across project lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established performance and quality benchmarks.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Minimum 5 years of program coordination/management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise data management experience.
• Experience managing IT projects for the past 5 years.
• Strong application implementation and solution‑design experience.
• Ability to facilitate process improvements and change management.

• Global project experience.
• Experience in change management.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise data management.
