The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales mentality, a desire to succeed, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a customer focus. This is an in‑office position.

• Assist customers with various types of insurance needs, including new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and general inquiries.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Seek new clients, generate prospect lists, and develop clientele through networking and marketing strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, and communicate with underwriting.
• Maintain daily housekeeping routines.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Customer service or insurance sales experience (preferred). Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
• Valid personal lines or property & casualty license in California (highly preferred).
• Reliable transportation for marketing activities.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company software.
• Completion of continuing education courses (paid by A-MAX) required to maintain license status.
