In this role you will:
- Collaborating closely with internal and external clients
- Drafting compelling pleadings, correspondences, and communications
- Conducting thorough discovery
- Skillfully negotiating and drafting settlements
- Making confident court appearances, including trials
Telework is available for this position, with required in person appearances (hearings).
Experienced (Attorney III) or newly admitted (Attorney) with a passion for litigation. No prior workers’ comp experience required for the Attorney classification.

Salary Range: $10,852 - $15,325 per Month
