Key Responsibilities for the Logistics Documentation Specialist:
• Prepare and process export documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Support invoicing, accounts receivable, and vendor invoice review
• Assist with logistics coordination and operational support
Qualifications for the Logistics Documentation Specialist:
• 1-2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or related field
• Exposure to shipping, documentation, or supply chain processes preferred
