Our client, a well-established agriculture company with a global customer base, is seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team. Previous export experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train a motivated candidate with the right background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, government agencies, and international customers
• Prepare customer invoices, assist with accounts receivable activities, and review vendor invoices
• Communicate across departments to ensure shipments move efficiently and resolve issues proactively
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or another fast-paced operational environment
• Experience in customer service, shipping, operations, or accounting preferred
• Export documentation or freight forwarding experience is a plus, but not required
