Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Bakersfield, CA. The Maintenance Technician will perform daily maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and systems within the facility. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, monitoring equipment for optimal functionality, and ensuring a safe environment for all residents and staff. The role may also require responding to urgent repair requests and collaborating with the team to uphold facility standards and comply with safety regulations.

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of various systems
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working knowledge of safety protocols and best practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
