Snow Cat Operator – Kirkwood Mountain Resort

Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled, whichever comes first.

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 - Shift Type:
Full‑time and part‑time hours available - Minimum Age: 18 years
- Housing Availability:
Yes
- Operate grooming equipment safely
- Prepare and groom ski area trails and surfaces
- Collaborate with teammates to minimize downtime through preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and machine upkeep
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Fluent communication in English
- Safe climbing in and out of the machine
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
