$95,000 – $115,000, plus bonus

• Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, and general ledger activities
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end close processes
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and internal management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to maintain overall financial health
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes and systems
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff, including performance goal setting and ongoing coaching
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience within a service-based organization preferred
• Supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to improve processes
