The Director of Corporate Development is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for advancing strategic and transformation initiatives across the company. Reporting to the CFO, this position partners closely with executive leadership to translate the company’s Value Creation Plan into actionable programs with measurable outcomes and organizational alignment. While titled Business Development, this role functions as a central driver of enterprise initiatives, spanning M&A strategy, operational improvement, innovation, and execution discipline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of the company’s Value Creation Plan by translating strategic priorities into structured initiatives with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with executive, functional, and field leaders to align priorities, remove barriers, and ensure effective execution of key business initiatives.
  • Identify and advance opportunities to improve organizational performance, strengthen capabilities, and support long‑term growth.
  • Develop and refine the company’s acquisition and divestiture strategy, including evaluation of opportunities, pipeline development, and alignment with business needs.
