CNC Setup & Operator – Lathe & Mill / $25-$35 An Hour Depending On Experience / Great Benefits And Shop Environment

Salary $25 - $35 per hour

• Competitive starting pay up to $28/hr depending on experience
• Raise to $30/hr after 90 days based on performance
• Room for further pay increases based on continued success

• Set up and operate CNC 2-axis lathes and 3-axis mills
• Work with FANUC and HAAS controls
• Read and interpret technical drawings and G-code
• Select appropriate work holding and tooling
• Use graphics at the control to confirm and proof programs
• Troubleshoot issues during setup or operation
• Use precision measuring equipment to inspect parts
• Problem-solve and think critically without relying on setup sheets

• Proven experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret G-code, blueprints, and technical specs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be self-motivated and eager to learn
• Experience With Both Lathe And Mill Operations Required
• Comfortable working in a shop environment
