Production Worker 3rd Shift

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

The Production Worker is responsible for packaging and stacking boxes onto pallets while maintaining a safe, clean work area. The candidate should be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Hand pack and stack boxes on a pallet in an organized manner throughout the shift
• Perform quality checks on product to ensure proper and accurate labeling
• Verify "best by" dates and notify the Supervisor of any discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment free of debris
• Communicate with co‑workers about any unusual or potentially dangerous working conditions
• Assist in other areas of the facility as needed
• Support equipment operators during conveyor rail changes
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED, or one to two years of related experience (or equivalent combination)

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
• Capability to use required tools to perform job duties
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Pro‑active mindset with sound judgment under minimal supervision
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience on a production line in a food or beverage company
• At least one year of experience in a production environment

• Exposure to wet and humid conditions
• Movement of mechanical parts and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lb
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period
• Exposure to extreme cold temperatures (34 °F or below)
