Entry-level position; monitor the production process system to ensure proper operation. Inspect, check, and document production activities. Perform container preparation, bulk and non-bulk filling, shipping, and receiving activities, as well as other production and facility capacities as assigned. Ensure safety, quality of workmanship, efficiency, and timeliness when performing the assigned work.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the production process system to ensure proper operation.
  • Inspect, check, and document production activities.
  • Perform container preparation, bulk and non-bulk filling, shipping, and receiving activities, as well as other production and facility capacities as assigned.
  • Ensure safety, quality of workmanship, efficiency, and timeliness in all tasks.
  • Use and maintain equipment in good working order, reporting any abnormalities promptly.
  • Maintain organized and clean working areas to promote safety and productivity.
  • Follow materials‑handling practices that meet safety standards while minimizing wastage.
  • Report security and/or health‑and‑safety infractions or potential infractions in a timely manner.
  • Participate in inventory cycle‑count programs and accurately record results.
  • May participate in shipping and receiving activities as necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School education or GED (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a chemical operator/technician (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) preferred.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking skills.
