Operate daily activities of the production line to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets;
Accurately complete applicable quality and production reports hourly;
Perform physical and visual inspection of product to prevent non-conforming goods;
Report all quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership;
Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards; maintain housekeeping; troubleshoot minor production line issues; be available for 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule
