Generous Brands in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator for the Beverage Plant to support nightly production. You will coordinate daily production needs with supervisors and inventory managers, load/unload trailers, and operate plant equipment to ensure timely processing and quality control across shifts.
This full-time, temporary role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in cold environments on the 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am).
