Eataly North America is seeking a Bread Baker for our 24-hour operating bakery. You will produce bread and focaccia following authentic Italian recipes, reporting to the Bakery Manager.
This role requires lift of up to 50 pounds and the stamina to stand for extended periods. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year baking experience, basic math and measuring skills, and strong work ethic with effective communication and time management.
