We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room RN to support a high-volume emergency department serving a diverse and dynamic patient population.
Position OverviewThe ER RN will provide rapid assessment and stabilization of patients across the lifespan, managing both emergent and non-emergent cases in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform triage and prioritize patient care
Initiate IV access and administer emergency medications
Manage trauma, cardiac, stroke, and respiratory emergencies
Interpret EKGs and lab results
Collaborate with physicians and trauma teams
Document care accurately and efficiently
QualificationsActive CA RN license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
2+ years recent ER experience
TNCC preferred
Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
