Position Type: 13 Weeks (36 Hours Expected; Option for 4th Shift)

Shift: Night – 3x12 Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Job Description:

Certifications:

Active CA RN License required; BLS/CPR required

•

Experience:

Acute care experience preferred; ICU experience required

•

Education:

BSN preferred

•

Schedule:

36 hours/week with option for a 4th shift; may float to AHSB to obtain 4th shift

• Facility: 254-bed acute care hospital; 20 primary & specialty care offices

• Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive ICU patient assessments

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

Coordinate interdisciplinary care

Supervise and delegate to assigned nursing staff

Participate in discharge planning and patient education

Ensure patient safety and adherence to standards of care
