Job Description
We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for a 13‑week contract assignment in Bakersfield, CA. This is a great opportunity for an RN who thrives in a fast‑paced critical care environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality patient care. Multiple shift options are available to fit your schedule!

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment
• Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced ICU equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid changes in patient status
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care

• Active California RN license
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS required
• Strong clinical judgment, critical‑thinking, and communication skills

• Mid‑Senior level
