Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans. • Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care and critical assessments.
• Perform skilled procedures in accordance with patient care plans and protocols.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience within the last year.
• RN license in good standing with the California Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Must obtain Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) within 3 months of hire, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring or NCC EFM certificate within the first year of hire or transfer.
