Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and contribute to a fast-paced environment with a patient-first mindset.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care and critical assessments.
- Perform skilled procedures in accordance with patient care plans and protocols.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience within the last year.
- RN license in good standing with the California Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Must obtain Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) within 3 months of hire, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring or NCC EFM certificate within the first year of hire or transfer.
