Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
• Ensure patient safety and promote a positive patient experience.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
