Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines, employing critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Maintain compliance with established protocols and procedures.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
