Schedule:
Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week
Assignment Details:

Hours:

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- Experience in Med Surg nursing
- Proficient in navigating electronic medical record systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients across various age groups within the assigned unit.
- Assess patient needs, problems, and concerns while collecting data systematically.
- Formulate and implement goal-directed care plans, collaborating with patients and families.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and promote family involvement.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations.
