Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license
• Current certifications as required
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients across the age spectrum within the assigned unit.
• Assess patient needs, problems, and concerns through systematic data collection.
• Formulate and implement a goal-directed plan of care based on patient diagnosis and outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the plan of care and involve them in the planning process.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and delegate tasks to healthcare team members.
• Document patient information and care accurately in the electronic medical record.

• Background checks and drug screenings may be required as part of the hiring process.
