• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff at various levels and coordinates care with other disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care planning and execution
• Monitor patient status, anticipate changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory standards in the OR environment

• Active RN license (California) and eligibility to practice in the state
• OR nursing experience preferred; knowledge of perioperative processes and patient pathways
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced OR setting with rigorous safety and quality standards
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to travel for assignment and work a 4x10‑hour schedule
