Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups, supervise and direct nursing staff, coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, and perform essential functions such as: collection and analysis of patient data, development and implementation of care plans, evaluation of outcomes, collaboration with patients and healthcare team, education, discharge planning, delegation, and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- Acute care facility experience Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification Required
All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable.
